As they approached 2023, One Medical entered a time where their brand was expanding at a faster rate than ever before. As markets, deliverables, partners, and business needs grew, so did the need for more ownable guidance of their brand.
What Else partnered with One Medical to intake and asses their current brand landscape. We collected legacy and recent executions of the brand, aggregated feedback from key stakeholders, and mapped a new version of guidance for One Medical. We then created a refreshed 150+ page document with approachable but rigorous rules and guidance so that any new or existing employee, partner, or vendor could have a single source of truth to their brand questions.

When building a guidelines document, we believe it’s important to show work running in current markets, so that partners can get a sense of th full spectrum of the brand, from aspirational to tactical.
